Students will NOT be allowed to participate if they do not follow our dress code.
This class is for pre schoolers who are potty trained (NO PULL UPS). Students will learn skills on the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Foam Pit, Trampoline and Tumble Trak. They will learn gym safety, patience, and direction following, Around 4.5-5years old they can move to a level 1 Class.
This class is for beginners. Students will learn skills on the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Foam Pit, Trampoline and Tumble Trak. They must have ALL the level one skills to move to level 2. On average, students complete 2-3 years of level 1 before moving up.
This class is for older beginners. Students will learn skills on the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, Foam Pit, Trampoline and Tumble Trak. They must have ALL the level one skills to move to level 2. On average, students complete 2-3 years of level 1 before moving up.
Students must be approved for level 2 by level 1 coach.
Prerequisite for level 2:
Vault: Jump forward roll, Handstand flat back
Beam: Variety of jumps and kicks, Cartwheel dismount, forward roll
Floor: Cartwheel, Handstand, bridge, Hurdle
Bars: Pull over, casting, front support
Strength: 30sec hollow hold, 2+ chin ups, 20+ sit ups, 5+ push ups
Students must be approved for level 3 by level 2 coach.
Prerequisite for level 3:
Vault: Handstand flat back, Round off
Beam: Cartwheel dismount, Handstand, Jumps, turns, Cartwheel
Floor: Round off, Handstand hold, backbend kick over, front limber, spotted back handspring
Bars: Pull over, casting to horizontal, glide swing, Back hip circle
Strength: 30sec hollow hold, 3+ chin ups, 30+ sit ups, 10+ push ups
Students must be approved for level 4 by level 3 coach.
Prerequisite for level 4:
Vault: Round off, front handspring, front flip
Beam: Cartwheel dismount with turn, Handstand, Cartwheel, front handspring dismount, back walkover
Floor: Round off rebound, back walkover, front walkover, back handspring, front handspring, front tuck
Bars: casting above horizontal, glide swing, two connected Back hip circles, squat on, front hip circle
Strength: 45sec hollow hold, 4+ chin ups, 40+ sit ups, 12+ push ups
Students must be approved for level 2 by level 1 coach.
Prerequisite for level 2:
Vault: Jump forward roll, Handstand flat back
Floor: Cartwheel, Handstand, bridge, Hurdle
High Bar: Pull over, casting, front support
Strength: 30sec hollow hold, 2+ chin ups, 20+ sit ups, 5+ push ups
This class if an advanced tumbling class. Students must have a round off back handspring by themselves or with a light spot to be in this class.
This class if a beginner tumbling class. Students must have a cartwheel and a round-off to be in this class.
